Scope and acceptance
By browsing the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
What this site is, and what it is not
The site presents the TheWorldsBy platform and its products. The descriptions of products that are not open yet (Worlds by Restaurants and Worlds by Communities) and the examples of connections describe a design direction: they are not an offer or a promise of features or dates. The example screens (menu, agenda) are design impressions, not working screens.
The site does not let you buy or pay for anything. Worlds by Socials has its own website and its own terms. Future services, such as reservations, payments, sponsorships or agreements between creators and brands, will have product-specific and transaction-specific terms that are not part of these.
Intellectual property
The texts, design, structure, code and other content of the site belong to the operator or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may view the site and share its links. Any other reproduction, public communication or transformation requires prior written permission, except where the law allows it, such as the right to quote.
Illustrative images
The pictures on the site are AI-generated illustrations. The people shown, and the names or stories they may suggest, are fictional: they do not represent real creators, customers, restaurants, clubs or members and are not testimonials or endorsements.
Proper use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to try to disrupt it, reach non-public areas or load the service disproportionately, for example through automated mass extraction.
Links to third parties
The site may link to third-party sites or to other sites of the TheWorldsBy family, such as Worlds by Socials. The operator does not control, and is not responsible for, the content or the policies of other sites.
Availability and liability
The content is provided for information. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions and may change without notice. Continuous availability of the site is not guaranteed. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, in particular for intent or gross negligence, or the rights that consumer law gives to consumers.
Changes
The operator may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on the site, with its date of update.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules and the courts that are competent for you under the law are respected.
